At Kirelloinn Casino & Hotel, we understand that plans can change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair and transparent, giving you flexibility while allowing us to manage our reservations effectively. Please review our cancellation terms carefully when making your reservation.

Standard Room Reservations

For standard room reservations, the following cancellation policy applies:

Suite Reservations

For suite reservations, a stricter cancellation policy applies due to high demand:

Special Package Reservations

For special package reservations (e.g., Weekend Getaway, Luxury Suite Experience, Honeymoon Special):

Group Bookings

For group bookings (5 or more rooms):

• A 30% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking.
• Full payment is required 30 days prior to arrival.
• Cancellations made more than 45 days before arrival: 50% of the deposit will be refunded.
• Cancellations made 30-45 days before arrival: No refund of the deposit, but no additional charges.
• Cancellations made less than 30 days before arrival: Full charge for the entire reservation.

Special Events and Peak Seasons

During special events, holidays, and peak seasons (including New Year's Eve, major sporting events, and local festivals), a more restrictive cancellation policy may apply. These details will be clearly communicated during the booking process.

Modification of Reservations

Modifications to existing reservations are subject to availability and may result in rate changes:

• Date changes made more than 48 hours before arrival may be accommodated without penalty, subject to availability.
• Shortening your stay within the cancellation period will result in charges according to the above policies.
• Extending your stay is subject to availability and current rates.

Early Departure

If you check out prior to your scheduled departure date, you will be charged for the entire original reservation unless we receive notice of the early departure at least 24 hours in advance.

Force Majeure

In the event of force majeure (including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control) that prevents you from traveling or us from providing accommodations, we will offer a full refund or the option to reschedule your stay without penalty.
